Are you tired of looking yourself in the mirror and thinking what the hell,its been a months and i still look the same!!?
Hey! chill out! Everybody goes through this. If you are looking for some science behind this then, i might disappoint you by saying this -THERE IS NO SCIENCE! ITS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT YOURSELF. You are not going to see the changes unless and until you love yourself and accept yourself first. When you accept yourself, you start feeling more motivated and you will gain more confidence. You might shout at me saying I AM CONFIDENT AND MOTIVATED YET I AM NOT LOSING WEIGHT!. Well come on! Your body is not a marshmallow to turn brown as soon as you roast it. Your body needs time. You are doing great. You are working out. You are on a good diet. Don't give up on yourself. Your mind will trick you to think that you are not losing weight because your body is so adjusted in its old form and its opposing the change that you are trying to do. This is common. Oppositions will be faced when you are trying to do something new. Losing weight is a battle between you and your body. Your mind slides where it feels the most unharmed, so in the beginning it takes the body's side. You have to prove yourself to your mind that you believe in yourself, take control of it and do what you are doing to lose weight. That's why great people say YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO. Change is hard, its not easy but its SIMPLE!" You just have to push yourself".Its just that you are frustrated of seeing other people who have better physique than you do. Don't be hard on yourself. BEYONCE WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY!. Now stop reading tons of things on different websites and stop watching tons of YouTube videos on why you are not losing weight and start working out, stop procrastinating and most importantly DON'T GIVE UP! WIN THE DAMN BATTLE!!!. World is waiting to see the new you!. If you are just sitting there, without working out and thinking about why you are not losing weight then, its time to get your ass up and start working out.
Here are some tips-
1. Eat healthy food, avoid junk food and carbonated drinks.
2. Drink water as much as you can. I drink 5 liters a day. "DRINK. PEE. DRINK"
3. Be consistent in working out. I workout 6 days a week. No matter if you even workout for 15 min, just do something! SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.
4. Be comfortable in your body and skin. You will reach the goal.
5. Go for a run twice or thrice in a week. It helps you to lose your body fat.
YESTERDAY IS HISTORY
TOMORROW IS MYSTERY
TODAY IS A GIFT. THAT'S WHY ITS CALLED PRESENT.
